We believe that the foundation of any successful company is a dynamic, motivated, and high-performing sales team. We’re on the hunt for a highly driven and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the engine that drives our outbound lead generation and qualification efforts.
As the initial point of contact in the sales cycle, the SDR is essential in identifying new opportunities, initiating meaningful conversations, and strategically qualifying leads before passing them to our Account Executives. This role is best suited for a goal-oriented, curious, and coachable individual who thrives on challenges and is passionate about consultative selling.

Core Objectives
- Be the voice and face of our company in the earliest stages of the customer journey
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, email sequences, social media (LinkedIn), and other channels to generate new business opportunities
- Leverage sales tools and research to understand prospects’ pain points and align them with our solutions
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to improve outreach strategies and optimize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of activities and engagement in the CRM
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads using a mix of cold outreach and inbound lead follow-up
- Work with Account Executives to set meetings and ensure a seamless handoff of leads
- Personalize messaging for different personas and industries to boost engagement
- Track, measure, and report on sales activity and pipeline development
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company product updates
- Continuously A/B test messaging and share learnings with the broader team
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role (preferably in SaaS, B2B tech, or startup environment)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding lead or sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to quickly build rapport
- Self-starter with high energy, positivity, and resilience
- Strong organization, time management, and CRM hygiene
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Familiarity with modern sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, Apollo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Experience using video prospecting, cold calling scripts, and email automation tools
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
