Remote Customer Service Representative
We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused representative to provide exceptional support to clients and their customers. As a remote worker, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing booking inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, resolving booking-related issues and addressing banking-specific questions and quotes.
- Make outbound calls to internal support departments and customers for status updates and clarification.
- Transfer calls to designated internal support departments or account representatives as needed.
- Stay updated on client sales, promotions, and products to provide informed support.
- Employ expert sales techniques to maintain top sales performance and overcome objections.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
- Reliable computer, USB headset, and high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, including possible weekend shifts.
