Inbound Customer Service Representative (Remote)

We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
  3. Provide Product Information: Educate customers on bank products and services, including account opening, loan applications, and credit card services.
  4. Process Customer Requests: Assist customers with account maintenance, transactions, and other banking services.
  5. Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update customer information and account records.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Preferred.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  4. Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn banking software.
  5. Reliable Internet Connection: Required for remote work.
