We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers on bank products and services, including account opening, loan applications, and credit card services.
- Process Customer Requests: Assist customers with account maintenance, transactions, and other banking services.
- Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update customer information and account records.
Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn banking software.
