The ideal candidate will have deep experience in business management, executive advising, and cross-functional project leadership. You’ll play a vital role in driving organizational clarity, facilitating cross-departmental communication, and ensuring initiatives are aligned with the company’s broader objectives.
Objectives of the Role
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, helping execute the company’s vision and strategic priorities.
- Oversee and drive business-critical initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Enhance organizational design by identifying process bottlenecks, gaps in skills or resources, and streamlining communication.
- Translate complex goals into actionable plans, ensuring measurable progress and interdepartmental accountability.
- Maintain a pulse on business performance, team culture, and operations to provide insight and suggest process optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a right-hand to the CEO: filtering and prioritizing information, managing special projects, and driving leadership team agendas.
- Lead project tracking and follow-through across multiple departments, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
- Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and talent strategy initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by managing executive-level communications, executive calendars, and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Spearhead the planning of leadership retreats, town halls, and key corporate initiatives.
- Act as an internal consultant: identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in business management, operations, strategic planning, or executive advisory roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority and work cross-functionally across all levels of an organization.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Adept at managing complex, sensitive, and high-stakes projects.
- Deep understanding of organizational dynamics, change management, and performance optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience with budget planning, KPI development, and strategic forecasting.
- Consulting or startup experience with an emphasis on operational excellence.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar project management software.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth environments and pivot quickly when business priorities shift.
