Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support to customers of a leading healthcare company. As an agent, you will deliver first-call resolution with white-glove service, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. This is a remote position that offers flexible scheduling and a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-call resolution with white-glove service to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with service questions and provide information on products and services
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress
- Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week (some clients have weekend requirements)
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum computer specifications or better as needed by the client (laptop or desktop)
- USB headset with microphone (required for certification training)
- Hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
- Phone service
- Call center noise-cancelling phone (must be purchased by the representative)
