- Provide bilingual (English/French) support to customers, service providers, and partners through inbound and outbound calls.

- Gather and verify customer information.
- Document issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
- Accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact.
Requirements:
